Originally from Chattanooga but residing in Knoxville since 1980, Rick has developed deep roots in the community. He has over 25 years of restaurant ownership experience and seven years as a licensed real estate broker with Holrob Commercial Realty. As the long-time, multiple location restaurant owner of Michaels bar and restaurant, Rick developed strong relationships, a sharp eye for investment opportunities, strong negotiation skills, and a true understanding of what it takes to run a successful business in East Tennessee. Now specializing in commercial real estate, he leverages that entrepreneurial background to help clients buy, sell, lease, and invest with confidence.
