Diane graduated Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelors in Business. Previous to her career in real estate she was a financial analyst for 15 years, managing over $55M in funds. After that she ran the back office for two law firms. She and a few of her family members currently run several businesses. Diane's been investing in real estate for 35+ years and became licensed in 2019. She immediately fell in love with the commercial side of real estate while doing a warehouse deal and enjoys helping clients buy, sell and lease property. Diane has completed all of the coursework to become a CCIM and is working on finishing up her portfolio. In 2023, she earned her Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist with the National Commercial Real Estate Association (NCREA). She serves on the Commercial Committee at the State level for the TN Realtors Association and supports the Veterans Salute 5k Race each year. Diane is licensed in TN & CA; member of ICSC, Knoxville Chamber and Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce (FWKCC); 2024 Scholarship Awardee Womens Council of Realtors; 2025 Grant Awardee FWKCC.
