A licensed affiliate broker and real estate advisor at Holrob since 2006, Chandle specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in Knoxville and East TN. She is experienced in leasing and sales of medical, industrial, office and as a retail tenant and landlord representative. Chandle was awarded Knoxville’s Best Commercial Real Estate Broker by CityView Magazine. Chandle holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee where she graduated cum laude, and a master's degree from Appalachian State University. Charitable work for her includes a non-profit, Knox St. Patrick’s Parade, which she co-founded in 2017. She also holds a seat on the Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities of East Tennessee. Chandle lives in the Bearden area of Knoxville with her husband and two sons.
