Ashley is a Tennessean through and through. Born in Memphis, raised in Knoxville and has never really found a reason to leave. She graduated from Farragut High School and then earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Carson Newman College. Shortly after college, Ashley started working as the Property Manager at a large apartment community. She stayed in Property Management for 13 years before getting her real estate license. She realized that she had developed a heart for real estate and worked as a residential realtor for the next 11 years. Ashley joined the Holrob team in 2022 and serves as the executive assistant to our President, the office manager, and is also an Affiliate Broker. With years of experience in both real estate and property management, she has built a reputation as a trusted multi-million-dollar producer, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.

Ashley is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and takes continuing education seriously, having earned multiple distinguished designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), e-PRO® Certification, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Beyond real estate, Ashley is passionate about giving back to our community. She served for six years as a board member of the Blue Grass Elementary PTO, including PTO President. She also served as a board member of the Knoxville Nativity Pageant for 5 years. She was part of the creative team for Fantasy of Trees with East Tennessee Children's Hospital and has served on the Community Involvement Committee at East Tennessee Realtors for 2 years. Additionally, she served as a board member on the Bearden High School Football Booster Club and currently serves as a board member on Bearden High School Cheer Booster Club.

In Ashley’s free time, she enjoys camping, all things sports and spending time with her friends and family. She lives in West Knoxville with her husband and two children. She loves cheering on the VOLS and is grateful to call the Knoxville community home!
