Fee Development

There are some situations where the services of a developer are needed but the situation does not require that the developer be an owner of the project, e.g., development of an office building for a corporate client or building a retail center for an owner of the underlying fee simple interest.

In those situations we would be engaged to provide our services for a pre-arranged fee, whether it be a flat amount or some percentage of cost. Sophisticated owners know that a developer is needed to provide comprehensive pre-development and development services that other disciplines, i.e. architects and contractors, can only provide in part. Our goal in such situations is to save the owner in construction and other costs an amount at least equal to our fee. Our promise is to provide a well-designed and well-built building at the most competitive price available in the marketplace.
